Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in content operations, business operations, or program management within a tech, media, or digital platform environment.
- Deep understanding of the digital content and creator ecosystem, especially monetization models and media products.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize scalable systems and cross-functional programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and strategic.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of tools like Tableau, Google BigQuery, and Excel is preferred.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and streamline core operational workflows that support the GCP team globally—including onboarding, enablement, and partner-facing tooling.
- Deliver ongoing reporting, insights, and analysis to drive continuous improvement across teams and tools.
- Help drive the operations roadmap for content monetization products such as programmatic monetization tool: Amplify Audiences, supporting revenue growth, scalability, and partner performance.
- Act as a strategic cross-functional connector between GCP, Product, Revenue, Legal, Trust & Safety, and Engineering teams to deliver against product launch and adoption goals.
- Manage operational support for high-impact products like Verified Organizations, Amplify, and Media Studio, ensuring scalable execution.
- Develop and refine systems that support real-time content activations, sponsorship enablement, and sales readiness.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance the partner experience and scale our operational capabilities globally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus: Experience working with digital rights, on-platform premium content experiences, or revenue share platforms.
