Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6- 8+ years of experience in content marketing or product marketing, including strategic content planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in creating engaging content that meets clear business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and proven collaboration with SEO teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage content calendars and drive content execution across multiple channels.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly e-commerce or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a detailed content strategy that supports product marketing initiatives and overall brand messaging.
  • Plan, produce, and manage diverse content formats to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Work with SEO, creative, product marketing, web, and demand generation teams to enhance growth.
  • Identify and engage influential voices within relevant industries to elevate brand authority.
  • Regularly monitor content metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized publishing schedule aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on trends and preferences within e-commerce, shipping technology, and SMB markets to inform content strategy.
