Requirements
- At least 3 years of content design experience with strong content strategy and UX writing skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, user experience, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
- A UX content design portfolio of in-depth case studies that showcases your content design thinking and how you approach, develop, and iterate your work.
- Expertise with product design tools, especially Figma.
- Familiarity with strategic content design tools and techniques including content audits, gap analyses, empathy maps, messaging frameworks, information hierarchy mapping, and voice-and-tone mapping.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX product content design for key product teams, ensuring high-quality, clear content that serves Remitly’s diverse, international audience.
- Collaborate side by side with product designers to develop user flows and pinpoint the right components needed to create a friction-free user experience.
- Join and partner with a team of fellow content designers to pinpoint the just-right terminology to use in our apps and features.
- Partner with other cross-functional teams, including UX research and analytics, product management, marketing, engineering, and compliance, to ensure content alignment and effectiveness.
