- Oversee project activities from client identification to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery
- Design, implement, and test solutions with deep product knowledge and system architecture skills
- Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions
- Manage billable projects, lead technical delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate timekeeping, engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business
- Contribute to knowledge repositories, mentor others, and provide inputs to strategic service development
