Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities
- Ensure residents experience luxury living
- Provide customized tours and recommendations to prospective residents
- Create excitement through creative campaigns and outreach
- Support, guide, and train associates and new hires.
