Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) and COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Polygraph Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three (3) + years of relevant experience
- Experience in change management aligned to the implementation of AI tools
- Experience with developing and implementing communications plans, products, and media
Responsibilities
- Design and develop key communications products in support of mission owners to engage with the workforce and oversight
- Design and execute facilitations and engagements with mission owners to support change management for AI integration into analytic workflows
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DoD or IC clients
