Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and related training.
- 7 years of related experience
- Demonstrated corporate communications message development and project management.
- Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, awareness, and accuracy.
- Understanding of technology strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communications strategy, plans, and messaging for CIO and other Enterprise Technology leaders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Technology execution leader and team, providing communications resources and counsel.
- Contribute content/messaging and graphics/videos for town halls, conferences, speaking engagements and events.
- Work with regional, industry, and other select media to create positive media mentions of Truist products, services, brand, and purpose.
- Assist with leadership message development, spokesperson training, issues management, and internal communications for Enterprise Technology.
- Collaborate with the social media team on messages, issues, and opportunities.
- Forge relationships with Technology leaders to gain knowledge, align communications objectives and goals with the business, and serve as a trusted consultative partner.
