Responsibilities

  • Maintain laser focus on driving services growth, build strong demonstrated AI capabilities and integrate distribution services capability
  • Develop growth strategies related to opportunity analysis and driving OPACC
  • Lead effort in developing ad hoc Business Insights to influence CISD Strategy
  • Full end to end ownership of Target Setting including SVP / VPs alignment and global/regional/dealer level targets definition
  • Leads medium to large projects, with moderate to high complexity related to services growth, AI and data development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of CAT Aftermarket Portfolio
  • Prior experience implementing go-to-market strategy for a division
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Prior experience in a field role or dealer facing position
