Senior Cloud Engineer

B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience
Extensive hands-on experience with core AWS services
Strong experience in implementing IAM roles and policies
Proficient in using Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code in AWS
Expertise in deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications using Docker
Strong scripting skills for automating cloud infrastructure management tasks
Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Deep knowledge of AWS VPC, security groups, network ACLs, Elastic Load Balancer (ELB), Route 53, and AWS networking best practices
Experience with Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and Amazon S3
Proven experience in designing disaster recovery plans, failover mechanisms, and highly available AWS architectures.

Architect, design, and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable infrastructure on AWS
Use Terraform to automate the deployment and management of AWS infrastructure
Automate the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of AWS resources
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for seamless application and infrastructure deployments
Design and manage network setup
Implement comprehensive monitoring using Open Telemetry, Grafana, Mimir, and Prometheus
Manage AWS database services like Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon ElastiCache
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize cloud resource utilization
Design and implement disaster recovery strategies
Use AWS-native tools and services to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize infrastructure
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, collaborating with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
