Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 to 7 years of property claims adjusting experience, with coverage and litigation management experience
- Valid licenses by state as required and add states to certifications as needed
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and appropriate claim handling, legal and vendor expenses, exposure evaluations, and reserving
- Identify opportunities for and execute on the reduction of ULAE spend
- Comply with best practices measured by monthly Quality Assurance and Management Initiated Audit scores
- Develop strong relationships with key broker, MGA & TPA partners
- Drive deeper relationships and collaboration with internal partners
- Exhibit ‘best-in-class’ claim handling behaviors
- Close files timely and efficiently
- Enhance utilization of analytics tools to improve claims performance
- Participate in How We Work efforts by providing constructive feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-line experience is a plus
- Preferred candidates will be able to commute to an AXIS office
