Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product ownership, performance excellence, or similar
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline OR 4+ years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required)
- Experience influencing business decisions
- Strong analytical skills with experience using hypotheses-driven problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Gather, understand, document, and analyze complex business requirements, influencing Business Owners as needed, to ensure each effort is meeting the needs of our members and our organization. Ensure that clear success measures exist for each effort to drive prioritization and accountability.
- Partner with business and vendors, acting as the key contact to advise on new features, design, and configuration that add value as well as mature and grow the services that we provide to our members. Understand business processes in detail to advocate for the implementation of these new features.
- Implement significant system changes related to applications through configuration and system tuning.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to other Business System Analysts to develop technical and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial institution experience
- Experience working with leadership teams to identify key opportunities to develop and enhance business strategy using quantitative and qualitative analytics
- Experience identifying business needs and leading strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights
- Vendor management experience
- Business Analysis certification
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Project Management certification
