Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. (Bachelor’s degree required)
  • 6-8 years of professional experience with 4+ years focused in business intelligence/analytics
  • Advanced level SQL skills required
  • Experience conducting statistical analyses and data wrangling tasks utilizing Python, R or similar programming languages required
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau / Looker / Sisense
  • Knowledge of data architecture best practices
  • Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with many parallel project tracks

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand product goals and define the right set of KPIs that track and support their vision, tying performance back to firm-level outcomes.
  • Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and hypothesis testing to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Analytics leadership to develop an analytics strategy that enables self-service access and sets the direction for reporting & insights needed to drive outcomes within your product domain.
  • Apply modern analytics techniques, including the use of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate data exploration, automate repetitive tasks, and uncover novel insights at scale.
  • Go beyond the data by triangulating multiple sources — partnering with GTM teams to understand customer context, reviewing RUM sessions or user recordings to observe in-platform behaviors, and integrating qualitative and quantitative signals to form a complete narrative.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the data we work with, promote learning across the team through tools and applications that broaden access, and advance our efficiency and proficiency in using the data effectively.
  • Apply rigor in analytical design and methods — planning for data processing across multiple sources, designing sound analysis plans, delivering insights in compelling formats, and owning end-to-end execution from scoping to storytelling.
  • Deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions by deeply understanding end-user needs and tailoring communications to maximize clarity, impact, and adoption.
  • Take full ownership of analytics within a ZoomInfo product line — becoming the go-to expert on performance trends, opportunities, and growth levers.

  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Amplitude (preferred)
