Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Develops strategic marketing plans, considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions
- Prospects, appoints and manages agency relationships to achieve production objectives
- Identifies and secures new business opportunities in target markets and develops and implements strategic plans, resulting in a specified increase in market share
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies by providing solutions that meet their specific needs, leading to an increase in agency retention and satisfaction
- Educates agencies on product features, market placement, and effective selling techniques
- Drives revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making
- Performs other duties as assigned
