Senior Business Analyst – Technology Risk Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• At least 1 year of experience in analysis

Responsibilities

• A track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
• Develop and implement new product and optimization strategies for various technology risk oversight, aggregation and analytics products; lead product level modeling/analytics.
• Help coordinate across the lines of business to manage and sequence delivery of strategic intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
• Candidate should be a tenacious decision maker, able to exhibit sound judgment in consideration of different viewpoints. They should foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and be able to consistently deliver results.
• Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Can effectively pitch a product or concept.
• Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals, should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain, gray space and fluid environment. Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
• 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building
• 1+ years of experience in market research
• 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis
• 1+ years of experience in consulting
