Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in Marketing/Media/Advertising
- 5+ years of marketing/brand strategy experience with a foundation of digital media and retail/CPG ecosystem understanding
- 3+ years of digital product marketing ownership, including examples of driving significant product & partnership growth
- 3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience
- 2+ years of digital media or retail media experience including examples of B2B public relations and paid media campaigns
Responsibilities
- Craft CMX into a unique brand with a solidified, differentiated, and consistent industry position
- Drive the brand story through paid, owned, earned channels in concert with internal and external teams
- Strategically deploy content on behalf of the retail media business across various channels
- Orchestrate cross-team involvement to foster a comprehensive CMX content calendar
- Lead brand health tracking and research to understand market position and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing at a digital media vendor or retail media network for 2+ years
- Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivery of positive results
- Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base
- Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently
- Familiarity with various business platforms – Adobe Analytics, Marketo, LinkedIn business manager
