Requirements
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, taste, and strategic thinking across brand, digital, and motion work.
- 4–6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably at a tech company, in-house brand team, or design-led agency.
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects).
- Experience or exposure to motion design (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and current design trends in tech/marketing.
- A proactive and curious mindset—especially when it comes to adopting tools like AI to enhance creative processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
- A self-directed, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative execution for marketing campaigns, lifecycle assets, landing pages, ebooks, social content, event branding, and swag.
- Own projects from concept through delivery—collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to create work that delivers results, not just looks good.
- Partner with creative directors and fellow designers to evolve and extend our brand system across multiple touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to surprise, differentiate, and elevate the brand across all channels.
- Contribute to design systems that support both marketing and product use cases.
- Integrate motion design into your work—whether collaborating with motion designers or using After Effects yourself.
- Seek and apply feedback from peers, executives, and customers to continuously improve creative quality.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without sacrificing creativity or craft.
Preferred Qualifications
