Requirements
- 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and processes to drive brand adoption and advocacy at all levels and audiences
- Reimagine and redesign the brand steward program by incorporating automation as well as AI technology to streamline management processes, gaining efficiencies and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the head of Brand Strategy and the head of Brand Design & Experience to scale our brand strategy and visual identity systems across the enterprise to ensure adoption
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand stewardship and enablement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest brand management, automation, and AI technology trends/best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing internal engagement strategies that increase brand advocacy
- Experience designing brand advocacy strategies that drive change
- Experience managing the brand stewardship program for a company in the financial services sector
- Experience leveraging different governance methodologies for large, matrixed brand systems
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
