Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building scalable distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Java with expertise in Object-Oriented and Functional programming.
- Strong knowledge of concurrency control, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with databases such as Cassandra and Redis, and stream processing platforms like Kafka.
- Familiarity with stream processing frameworks and standard methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly available real-time data services.
- Improve the performance and reliability of backend systems, employing industry-standard processes in distributed systems.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement the technical roadmap and deliver high-impact features.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Passion for sports and understanding of the sports data ecosystem.
- Self-motivated with strong collaboration and communication skills.
