Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in accounting or audit required
• In-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline
• Ability to manage evolving processes and requirements
• Ability to conduct thorough inquiry and data analysis
• Ability to evaluate records, documents, methods, policies, costs and other factors

Responsibilities

• Executes aspects of the standard internal audit process, which includes the three phases of planning, execution and reporting out to business management
• Demonstrates adaptability in managing evolving processes and requirements
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Partners effectively with international colleagues across multiple time zones
• Performs thorough inquiry and data analysis to understand business operations
• Contributes to overall planning efforts for engagement timeline and approach
• Evaluates records, documents, methods, policies, costs and other factors
• Applies appropriate audit procedures to the areas reviewed
• Prepares clear and well-organized audit work papers
• Formulates appropriate conclusions and clearly documents findings
• Identifies audit findings and recommends corrective actions
• Assists less experienced team members in understanding and executing internal audit methodology and standards
• Identifies opportunities for improvement to audit methodology, tools and training
• Supports department objectives and performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience may be considered
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
