Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
Responsibilities
- Manage a tech team, delivering high-priority and customer-facing digital capabilities
- Work in partnership with product managers, design and partner teams across the enterprise to define new features, identify requirements and drive them through delivery
- Have full Product Owner authority for a critical agile team to bring new experiences to life
- Leverage understanding of the business and technology to find creative and targeted solutions for customers
- Communicate user experience, operational fulfillment, and risk with business partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
