Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Proactively explore new data-driven opportunities to improve ATM services and inform broader banking operations strategies.
- Work closely with operations, product, and technology teams to develop actionable recommendations that enhance ATM capabilities. Maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure teams are in sync with future direction.
- A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative approach.
- Translate large, complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership using visualizations and concise presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- 3+ years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
- 3+ years of experience working with Tableau dashboards or other data visualization tools
- 1+ year of experience working with ATM operations
