Requirements
- 3+ years in retail or CPG field marketing / merchandising, ideally with food or beverage brands
- A portfolio of POS displays or on‑site activations you helped create and execute
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) and strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience managing print vendors, installers, and activation budgets
- Comfort interpreting sales data and translating insights into merchandising changes
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to partner sites and industry events
Responsibilities
- Design & deploy on‑site merchandising – work with creative agencies and our internal brand team to create signage, fridge wraps, shelf‑talkers, QR displays, and digital screen assets; tailor each kit to the venue’s layout and audience.
- Plan sampling & activation events – run tasting tables and “nutrition pop‑ups,” manage staffing and supplies, and capture feedback to boost trial and repeat sales.
- Manage vendors & installations – source print vendors, control budgets, and coordinate install timelines with site managers to ensure flawless execution.
- Track sell‑through & optimize – pull daily/weekly POS data, analyze velocity, and adjust planograms, SKUs, or promotional messaging to maximize turnover.
- Support trade shows & collateral – attend and lead trade booth designs, giveaways, and sales materials
- Protect and amplify the brand – enforce brand‑guideline compliance, gather photo/video assets for social proof, and share merchandising best practices across locations.
