Requirements

  • Experience educating, onboarding, or supporting more technical roles such as product, tech, design or other technical talent or at a tech-forward organization
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence partners
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change, and deliver in a matrixed environment
  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and define the scope of instructional initiatives for maximum business impact
  • Partner with other Learning & Development professionals across the Enterprise to gain efficiencies, share best practices, and optimize how we interact
  • Leverage expertise in adult learning to create high-quality and engaging learning experiences
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality results on-time without compromising quality

Responsibilities

  • Independently drive learning initiatives with a product mindset, delivering data driven solutions through cross-functional collaboration to meet business and learner needs across more technical audiences
  • Own and expertly manage the entire learning lifecycle—from identifying needs and designing solutions to ensuring successful delivery and thorough evaluation
  • Work cross-functionally to define learning problem statements, distill insights into actionable recommendations, and manage expectations across teams
  • Champion an MVP-first strategy for learning solutions, enabling rapid concept testing, efficient user feedback collection, and continuous iteration to ensure maximum effectiveness and relevance
  • Juggle multiple complex learning initiatives with minimal oversight, leveraging a product mindset to deliver high-quality results on time without compromising the learner experience
  • Leverage learning science and UX principles to design engaging and effective learning experiences specifically for design and tech audiences
  • Use feedback and defined metrics to continuously improve learning solutions and measure their real-world performance outcomes
  • Balance learner perspectives with business needs to deliver scalable and valuable learning solutions
  • Share best practices, identify efficiencies, and fully participate in team ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in consulting/coaching in a corporate setting
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • 1+ year of Training Design and Development for digital modalities
  • 1+ year of experience with mobile content creation/curation and delivery
  • 1+ year of experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar)
  • 1+ year of experience working with graphics tools including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar
  • 1+ year of experience in project management
