Requirements

  • 3-5 years in social media, communications or marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut, Splice, or other video and photo editing software
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Express and Canva
  • Ability to strategically analyze, identify and translate insights into effective strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and creative individual who can strategically oversee client campaigns and effectively communicate to the internal and external teams a data story with a love for social media
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms – most importantly paid social – and best practices, quickly adapt to various forms of technology, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of Paid Social programs for Forbes’ advertisers
  • Monitor client programs to ensure contracted goals are met; manage platform costs, optimize for peak performance and ROI
  • Develop post campaign reports, insights and stories
  • Advance analysis of campaigns and real-time optimization processes
  • Manage the execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns for Forbes’ advertisers
  • Work with the sales team to develop pre-sales social pitches, pricing and products for Forbes’ advertisers
  • Assist the social team with pricing and go-to–market approach for Forbes’ social products
  • Research social trends and bring to life in social-first opportunities for Forbes’ advertisers
  • Provide assistance to the social team on monthly billings reports, daily pacing reports, etc.
  • Assist with capturing social-first content including event operations, event coverage, editing social cuts, fostering relationships with clients and talent, posting on platforms in-real-time, etc.
  • Assist social sellers with client communications, providing timely updates, and addressing inquiries.
  • Develop and create media plans for social-only opportunities to support the sales team in securing advertising partnerships.
