Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations / product management / product marketing / business operations / management consulting or related experience (preferably in the advertising or ad tech industry)
- Expertise in process design & optimization
- Strong interest or experience in leveraging AI and other emerging technology to solve business problems
- Experience working with systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and internal tools
- Analytical thinker who can distill complex data (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL) into actionable recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Develop processes and tools that allow for business scaling during a period of hypergrowth
- Improve how Ads & Promos campaigns are executed across various teams
- Leverage Gen AI to revolutionize how campaigns are sold, built, and optimized
- Implement, manage, and scale sales & operations via offshore resources, automation tools, and streamlined processes
- Partner with sales and merchants to identify product-market fit and streamline go-to-market strategies
- Scope and build the tooling and efficiency roadmap leveraging both internal and external resources
