Senior Associate – Account Based Marketing

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM or demand generation
Highly organized, data-driven and detail oriented
Strong understanding of ABM principles and best practices. (6sense experience is a plus)
Experience executing digital media campaigns
Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Support the development and execution of highly personalized marketing campaigns for key accounts, including email, direct mail, events, webinars, and paid media
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and targeted content for ABM campaigns, including account-specific landing pages, case studies, presentations, campaign assets, and more. Serve as the first point of review for all ABM campaign assets and content, ensuring alignment with ABM strategy and target account needs
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers, business challenges, and buying triggers
Partner with sales to develop custom messaging and assets as needed to drive the development of custom 1:1 account marketing programs which address specific customer challenges
Manage content workflows and ensure timely content delivery. Strong project management skills are essential
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization, continually testing and evaluating the success of campaigns
Work closely with sales, content & creative team, enablement and product marketing to personalize outreach and engagement for high-value target accounts
