Requirements
- BS or BA degree
- 10 years of experience
- Expert knowledge of U.S. Armaments Cooperation programs and U.S. international agreement processing and development
- Must have an in-scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance
Responsibilities
- Support the development, planning, promulgation, and interpretation of Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DOD) and Headquarters, Department of Army (HQDA) policy and guidance as it relates to international armaments cooperation programs
- Provide general oversight of assigned Technical Operations activities with coalition partners, geographic combatant commands, and other stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation and consistency with existing policies and long-term regional armaments cooperation objectives
