Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a financial institution or management consulting firm, with proven experience working in complex strategic projects.
- Hands-on integration development experience and proven thought-leadership in the Digital technology space
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to analyze situations and translate into insights to make informed decisions. Excellent problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (i.e. ability to articulate complex messages in a concise and clear way).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships at every level of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with development teams, senior leadership, business management, QA, developers, and other stakeholders regularly in alignment with Digital Platforms strategic deliverables.
- Assess and analyze current state environments and technical platforms, define integration requirements, and propose solutions that meet functional integration needs across the digital ecosystem, including a future digital solution and multiple 3rd party internal/external systems.
- Prepare senior management materials focusing on key messaging through rigorous synthesis and logic; adapt written and verbal communication to different types of audiences.
- Focus on building integration solutions ensuring successful deployment using various integration product technologies/tools and services. Participate in detailed design sessions for identifying, tracking, and resolving issues related to integration design/build.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with the business and functional teams by joining them in workshops to elicit their needs and understand their wants to meet the business requirements.
- Take lead on identifying product success requirements and ensuring the successful development and adoption of the Digital Platforms. Stay up to date with emerging trends and new functionalities in areas related to security integration and other business capability domains. Proactively identify new target user groups, facilitate effective demonstrations that clearly articulate the business value and technical functionality of the product.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close. Facilitates small to large group meetings for technical design/architecture, decision making, problem-solving and task implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to facilitate between stakeholders at varying levels of leadership and influence key decision makers.
- Demonstrated experience in a product management, technical product management, or similar role capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing or product communications roles.
