Requirements
- 8+ years’ work experience in
- 5+ years of experience with Linux including server hardening, user rights, interpretation of system logs, and automation of tasks.
- 5+ years of experience with Windows system administration skills, including system logs, registry, LDAP, Active Directory integration and automation of tasks.
- 6+ years automation experience (Python, scripts, Ansible, Salt, etc.) using CI/CD technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting network issues, such as IP and TCP protocols.
- Hands-on experience with planning, installing, configuring, deploying, and supporting applications in a multiple datacenter enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with designing and supporting application load balancing and high availability / disaster recovery (HADR) in a multiple datacenter environment.
- Experience following ITIL Change Management practices and processes
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Highly effective communication skills (both written and oral) for clear, concise interactions across all organization levels.
- Basic experience with utilizing active directory structures and authentication
- Experience with creating documents within Atlassian tooling such as Confluence and Jira (or equivalent)

- Address technical issues, manage IT security risk, and design the infrastructure to implement and maintain cyber security applications and platforms.
- Identify the right solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems that require prioritization among disparate business and team objectives.
- Urgently detect and respond to technical security issues. Follow up with a root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
- Improve our documentation and processes, as well as the design and execution of key deliverables within assigned technologies.
- As a knowledge manager, you’ll grow into a subject matter expert, developing technical operating procedures and ensuring a complete understanding of our product suite.
- As a seasoned engineer, you’ll strive to exceed expectations and deliver on technical program initiatives within time and resource constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting 3rd party Cyber Defense protection applications like phishing campaign response, orchestration and automation, security data sources, etc.
- Hands-on experience supporting 3rd party data protection applications including Database Activity Monitoring solutions and Encryption/Tokenization technologies for sensitive data protection.
- Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and supporting 3rd party applications utilizing Docker containers and creating Docker images.
- Hands-on experience integrating on-prem applications with cloud applications (hybrid solutions).
