Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and planning skills.
- Advanced proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and financial modeling.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and virtual tools for remote collaboration.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms and databases used in strategic decision-making
- Manage the ongoing reporting and distribution to client
- Work with the team to manage revenue tracking, invoicing, reporting and collection
- Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting, metrics and overall processes
- Design and implement data quality control processes and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy
- Create comprehensive, insightful reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional/global teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes
- Identify reports/research that may help analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to present to client
- Support the development and implementation of corporate strategy initiatives
- Assist in post-transaction integration activities and performance tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
