Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role or similar capacity.
  • Prior success demonstrated with delivering on enterprise-wide projects.
  • Stakeholder management – effective communicator to align different functional areas and bespoke resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic milestone and deadline planning to balance an accelerated pace with reasonable time for successful execution.
  • Change Management – ability to connect the dots to understand and manage dependencies (systems, processes, people, etc.) upstream and downstream.
  • Attention to Detail – with respect to both execution and the documentation needed to evidence regulatory remediation matters.
  • Communication skills – Experience in communication project updates and risks across various levels of an organization.
  • Organization skills – must be able to track multiple concurrent program deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate working group meetings and ensure that all action items/decisions are documented, tracked and escalated as needed.
  • Assist with the monitoring and reporting of specific project delivery statistics; provide weekly PMO reports, scorecards, and dashboards to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Identify, document, and summarize project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation/escalation strategies to senior leadership in timely manner.
  • Communicate and escalate potential issues and overrun activities that threaten on-time delivery in advance of actual delays.
  • Identify root cause of possible delays or significant risks while providing potential solutions to resolve issues.
  • Maintain all relevant program artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on a regulatory remediation program, or relevant experience with an internal controls function is beneficial.
