Requirements

  • A quantitative degree in either; economics, finance, analytics, math, engineering, computer science
  • 2+ years experience in an analytics capacity
  • Capable in SQL, Excel, and Tableau
  • History of analytical and critical thought

Responsibilities

  • Learn and optimize to the underlying levers for each marketing medium using a data driven approach
  • Understand economic concepts that play a pivotal role in campaign outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of who is and isn’t a DriveTime consumer
  • Manipulate, analyze, and present data using programs like SQL, Snowflake, Excel, Tableau, and Python
  • Build reporting dashboards to see performance in real time and variance versus long term trends
  • Build and activate marketing campaigns at scale
  • Partner with the creative team to optimize best practice creative
  • Partner with the online team to continuously improve our website, SEO rankings, and drive conversion
  • Hypothesize outcomes and create A/B testing scenarios for everything from ad copy to personalized user experience on our website
  • Frequently communicate results to Sr. leadership and executive team
