Responsibilities
- Generate reports and analyze trends to support managers in optimizing retail partnerships.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess performance against business goals.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on pricing, sales, and operational data.
- Contribute to the development of account strategies for sub-categories by analyzing key data points.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Adapt to evolving business needs, organizational changes, and competitive market dynamics.
- Serve as a key point of contact for retail partners, addressing WFS related inquiries.
- Work closely with distributors, brands, and retail partners to resolve escalated issues and strengthen relationships.
- Enhance the partner experience by providing self-service resources, such as FAQs, instructional videos, and webinars.
- Assist in the development and execution of action plans to improve partnership performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to address partner needs and resolve challenges.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.
