Requirements
- 4 years recent and related health care marketing, outreach and/or health education experience.
- Provider engagement and/or liaison experience.
- Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and offer recommendations for the design, development and implementation of Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) educational strategy.
- Support onboarding and intake of multiple database platforms for transparent communication.
- Educate colleagues on proper documentation standards based on HEDIS Technical Specifications.
- Evaluate programs using feedback from participants and data to drive decisions.
- Support onboarding new colleagues preparing them for their roles within the organization.
- Drive HEDIS educational opportunities to foster key strategic learning and training projects.
- Collaborate and drive colleague centric learning and efficiencies across teams.
- Ensure educational objectives of the team are achieved and success documented.
- Create curriculum for role-related content and skills and professional development.
- Create, maintain, update and distribute resources (both internal and external) to support various needs of stakeholders within and outside of NQM HEDIS team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of Quality Management/HEDIS experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
