Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitatively oriented fields; accredited four year college or university or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Develop robust, nuanced budgets and forecasts for a portion of the segment’s P&L
- Oversees the analysis of financial performance, including profitability drivers, identifying margin leakage, along with analysis of trends and variances, and communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Conducts scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and help guide strategic decisions.
- Establish financial planning and analysis processes, systems, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
- Outcomes oriented with the ability to deliver accurate and timely results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies
- History of working with big data
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and SAP a plus
