Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Functional Lead, or Consultant in HR or procurement systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
- Proven success in full lifecycle implementations or large-scale system rollouts.
- Deep understanding of contingent workforce processes, compliance, reporting, process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead for all contingent workforce technology platforms.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
- Provide expert-level knowledge in VMS (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline), LMS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday Learning), and WFM platforms (e.g., Kronos, UKG).
- Work closely with HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to align systems with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Lead functional testing, UAT, and validation activities.
- Develop training content and support change management efforts across business units.
