Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Functional Lead, or Consultant in HR or procurement systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
  • Proven success in full lifecycle implementations or large-scale system rollouts.
  • Deep understanding of contingent workforce processes, compliance, reporting, process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead for all contingent workforce technology platforms.
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge in VMS (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline), LMS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday Learning), and WFM platforms (e.g., Kronos, UKG).
  • Work closely with HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to align systems with business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead functional testing, UAT, and validation activities.
  • Develop training content and support change management efforts across business units.
