Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years’ experience in Compensation
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft tools and applications
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (Workday preferred)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements
- Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach

Responsibilities
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation of hourly, salary, and management positions (including appropriate title, salary grade, pay and incentive level, job code EEO and FLSA classification, etc.); audit evaluation of positions and application of existing positions
- Under general direction, lead components of the annual compensation planning process, including annual and mid-year planning and incentive cycles while managing systems that support the planning cycles
- Manage the compensation relationship for multiple client groups. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client groups and HR business partners on Compensation matters
- Collaborate with assigned client groups and HR business partners to solve business challenges through compensation solutions in alignment with company and Total Rewards strategy
- Manage salary structures, including the geographic differential process
- Own the third-party compensation survey management tool, including data management, reporting and compensation survey submissions
- Handle a variety of compensation-related items in Workday
- Respond to audit inquiries and provide SOX documentation as needed
- Maintain all Workday compensation training and resource materials
- Possibly assist with design and support of broader rewards programs
