Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of Investment Operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn

Responsibilities
- Supporting end to end processing of the Investment lifecycle
- Maintain reconciliation exceptions and oversight of cash daily
- Maintain and manage global processes around Geneva
- Oversight of end-to-end processing and analysts supporting workflow
- Fund accounting support for monthly financial close processes
- Position reconciliation oversight and management
- Manage offshore support team and process oversight
- Directly support the Credit Desk with a focus on corporate actions and complex trading events
- Coordinate with the CLO team and impacts of the collateral management under that structure
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Private Credit or Middle Market Loans, or Structured Products
