Requirements
- Experience with client onboarding, client data changes, KYC and CIP requirements, and/or regulatory obligations
- Capacity to process requests accurately with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with client account structures and organizational document requirements
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business partners
- Strong focus on control and risk mitigation
- Expertise in reviewing client documentation, legal and organization documents
- Ability to navigate complex workflows, identify opportunities for improvements and drive process enhancements
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ongoing support of an end-to-end process of account opening and maintenance
- Partnership with internal and external business partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to gather required legal documents and associated client information
- Perform Know Your Customer due diligence tasks
- Document generation and delivery
- Account establishment and updates to client and account attributes
- Ongoing audits of client account data
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior RIA, family office, or financial services experience preferred
