Requirements
- Human Resource (HR) professional with 5 to 8 years of knowledge of OD methodologies
- Ability to partner on change management methodologies across multiple stakeholders
- Organizational and project/program management skills. Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards execution
- Prior HRBP/HR Generalist in the technology industry. Managing a variety of multi-faceted programs, including, but not limited to organizational development, talent development, compensation planning, retention management, succession planning and Talent Management leadership steeped in transformation and change
- Experience with business context of the technology industry – Sales, Services, Engineering, Supply Chain
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business and HRBPs: Work closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver top-tier talent solutions. You will learn how the business operates first hand and work with other OD professionals to identify the talent focus areas within our transformation plans.
- Assess Organizational Structure: Conduct thorough assessments of our current organizational structure to identify areas for improvement. Your recommendations will be crucial in helping us achieve our business objectives and streamline our operations.
- Collaborate with COEs and other organizations: You will partner with key HR and business functions to build out solutions that support a culture of develop once, and replicate often
