Requirements

  • Top Secret / SCI / SAP security clearance is required
  • BA / BS degree is required
  • Ten (10) years demonstrated experience in related field is required
  • Experience in Confluence and Jira
  • Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work closely with teammates and customers across internal and external organizations.
  • Knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air Force and Space Force, processes, and procedures as it relates to their functional responsibility
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

  • Product Support Independent Technical Risk Assessment (ITRA) Reviews to Chief Engineer Office: provide administrative support including routine administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the proper execution of the assigned ITRA including, but not limited to: answering phones, coordinating meetings, greeting and escorting visitors, arranging visitors, administratively editing documents, and preparing for meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Apply process and technical expertise in assisting the Government with ITRA planning and execution; producing ITRA plans and POAMs in a timely manner; be highly effective in coordinating the ITRA team via digital means and workflows (Jira, Confluence, etc.); efficiently and effectively coordinate SSC programs, the ITRA team, SSC/BZ Chief Engineer, SAF/SQT, OUSD (R&E), Industry Contractors, and other stakeholders as appropriate; prepare required internal and external ITRA documentation; support briefings to SSC and USSF leadership; consistently complete quick-turn taskers in a timely manner.
  • Critical to this support is the appropriate expertise and experience to assist the Government in developing ITRA strategy documents, assessing risk and impacts, and generating final report products for delivery to SAF/SQT and Congress.
  • Apply critical thinking and analysis to develop, train, brief, integrate, correlate, and review various phases of the ITRA process. The contractor shall update ITRA process documentation based upon lessons learned in ITRA execution.
  • Provide administrative support including routine administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the proper execution of the SSC Integration Forum (SIF), Space Enterprise Engineering Review Board (SEERB), and the Space Enterprise Change Control Board (SECCB), including but not limited to: answering phones, coordinating meetings, greeting and escorting visitors, arranging visitors, administratively editing documents, and preparing for meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Apply process and technical expertise in assisting the Government with engineering governance execution; be highly effective in coordinating the Governance team via digital means and workflows (Jira, Confluence, etc.); efficiently and effectively coordinate all stakeholders; prepare required internal and external documentation; support briefings to SSC and USSF leadership; consistently complete quick-turn taskers in a timely manner.
