Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in-house at a high growth direct response B2C start-up. Fintech or Insuretech preferred
  • A deep knowledge of the digital landscape across Paid Social. Meta / Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Search, Youtube, Display Ads, TV, CTV
  • Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment (ideally, experienced in startup companies)
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience of direct response marketing experience with 5+ years managing performance Marketing campaigns at a high growth company where user acquisition was critical to the company’s growth
  • Advanced MS Excel and ability to work effectively with business intelligence tools (ex. Tableau)
  • Excited by the chance to both develop a marketing strategy and hands on optimization
  • Experience with adtech and data teams to prioritize your platform and measurement needs
  • Have a rigorous approach to testing, iterating, and implementing learnings

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and tracking of paid channels (e.g., programmatic, affiliates, influencers, social) to drive marketing performance in line with budget and goals
  • Track performance on a weekly and monthly basis and make adjustments to improve target KPIs
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Growth Product) to effectively drive all aspects of the channels you manage
  • Manage client partner relationships
  • Run analyses on channel performance and implement findings quickly
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by conducting tests, developing, presenting test results, and making recommendations for new processes and strategic tactics
  • Function as the expert across channels and stay up to date on industry/competitive trends and technologies, betas, and best practices
