Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, financial services preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel & Word)
- Experience with, or demonstrated ability to learn, complex financial systems and multi-dimensional reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Free Form Planning, PowerBI)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Meticulous while maintaining a broad view of business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform major account/cost analysis and identify/interpret trends in financial results
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify process improvements and recommend changes to policies and procedures
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet reporting deadlines

Responsibilities
- Perform accounting and financial reporting activities supporting the WI and Healthcare businesses
- Work with business and finance partners to ensure accuracy of financial results
- Assist with improving control processes, accounting systems, and financial reporting
- Prepare and create journal entries
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Communicate financial results to management
