Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s of Accountancy is a plus
- Two + years of experience in accounting
- Active CPA license or working toward a CPA license
- Proven knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formatting
- Experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct is a plus)
- Experience with Ramp is a plus
- Strong understanding of healthcare accounting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Ramp Bill Pay to ensure invoices are processed accurately, and vendors are paid timely.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end for various accounts, including cash, prepaid, fixed assets, accruals, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reporting deliverables.
- Provide support for annual external audits.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a thought leader to identify areas for improvement in current processes.
- Partner with management to deliver insights on financial performance.
- Assist the Strategic Finance team with the annual budgeting process.
