Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in healthcare PR, with agency experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working on pipelines as well as commercial products.
- 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Collaborative spirit, results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills, experience providing sound strategic counsel to clients and actively participating in client meetings.
- Think strategically, creatively and holistically about client programs, fearless in presenting a point of view in brainstorms.
- Clear understanding of the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review process of materials.
- Budget management experience.
- Understand the regulatory landscape and industry guidelines impacting health clients.
Responsibilities
- Work daily with an integrated team to achieve client goals.
- Work with senior leaders to provide strategic client recommendations.
- Continually seek to evolve your knowledge of your specialty, client’s business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends.
- Participate in the development of health campaign ideation, development and execution, data/regulatory milestone communication and planning.
- Develop and facilitate the creation of campaign and media materials.
- Work closely with project managers.
- Manage and teach junior colleagues.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues on account utilization planning, approving time and invoices.
