Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience living and breathing social and digital projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee content creation from brief to final post across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube
- Lead the Agile workstream with the team to identify emerging trends and create relevant content with our creative team
- Lead on Cross-Functional campaigns for LinkedIn including, Product Announcements, International Women’s Day, Pride, etc.
- Partner with the larger Account team to lead different existing and new video series as part of the Always-On workstream.
- Proactively push the team to execute against our scope of work and navigate shifts in client needs
- Work with the project management team to ensure all staffing needs are met, to design an efficient project management system to track priority deliverables, and develop pricing for incremental business
- Partner with account strategists, creator leads, editorial/copywriters, community managers and analytics team members to drive cohesion/connectivity across all roles
- Ensure client needs are consistently being met
- For programs with light project management resourcing, keep the account on track around deliverables and timelines
- Think outside the box and bring a level of creativity and flexibility to always-on programs to get the client the best value of their investment
