Requirements
- 8+ years experience in business application sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment
- A consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
- Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, Salesforce, Chorus.ai and others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to partner with others in a selling environment
- Demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite and procurement
- Ability to build long standing relationships across the business to nurture complex sales cycles
- Self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, concurrent sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and develop strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
- Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and manage key accounts with the Customer Success Manager
- Identify and mitigate churn risk and partner with the CSM to support the customer
- Create and present pricing presentations for renewals, upsells and cross sells
- Manage deal negotiations with the customer and coordinate internal approvals
