Requirements
- Direct experience and existing relationships with Publicis.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in data, TV, and/or digital video.
- Proven track record of successfully working with brands and agencies on product offerings.
- History of solid sales achievement and experience structuring and closing large, complex deals.
- Deep Product knowledge.
- Technical experience in data strategy, analytics, and/or measurement/adops.
- Deep knowledge of using external sales tools such as Media Radar, E-marketer, Kantar, Seller Crowd, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Clear understanding/experience with 6-12m sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals and sales activity KPIs.
- Accelerate demand for VideoAmp solutions among a large portfolio of agencies and advertisers.
- Champion the VideoAmp brand & be confident pitching VideoAmp Solutions in market, while continuing to develop personal learning agendas around more advanced VideoAmp offerings.
- Demonstrate authorship, agency, and accountability in your book of business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively providing solutions to meet their goals.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
- Collaborate and partner closely with internal teams to ensure client success, including strategy & pricing, revenue operations, customer success, product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
