Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in brokerage, consulting, insurance, or corporate benefits
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong, consultative relationships
- Manage all lines of employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits, and more
- Oversee renewals including competitive marketing, plan design analysis, and contribution modeling
- Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clients
- Prepare renewal presentations, financial reports, and plan performance reviews
- Support client compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate client data in HUB’s Agency Management System
- Support wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs, as needed
- Mentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare industry clients preferred
