Responsibilities

- Help establish and implement the growth and retention strategy for the account team.
- Ensure successful relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Serve as a primary client contact, addressing complex client needs and questions to enhance the overall client experience.
